OPS Lab
Operations and Platforms for Sustainability Lab
In an era defined by escalating challenges related to platforms and supply chain management, the need for theoretical, practical, and sustainable solutions for operations and platforms management has never been more critical. The Operations and Platforms for Sustainability Lab (OPS Lab) emerges as a pivotal hub, dedicated to advancing theoretical concepts and bridging the gap between theoretical concepts and their practical, real-world implementation.
Recognizing that sustainability requires both innovative platform/technology strategies and sustainably optimal operations management, the OPS Lab focuses on proposing and deploying optimal supply chain management strategies and developing cutting-edge digital platform strategies for sustainability.
By discovering theoretical concepts, promoting data-driven decision-making, and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, the OPS Lab is committed to driving meaningful change and accelerating the transition towards a more resilient and sustainable future. The OPS Lab serves as a dynamic environment where research, technology, and practical application converge, empowering individuals, organizations, and policymakers to create a lasting positive impact on our society. This laboratory serves as a hub for:
