Rockwood Announces Three Senior Executive Promotions

Rockwood Capital, LLC, the private real estate investment company, today announced it has promoted three senior executives, effective immediately.
- Peter Kaye of Rockwood’s San Francisco office, currently a Director and the Portfolio Manager for Rockwood Funds V and VII, will become a Managing Director.
- Tyson Skillings of the Los Angeles office, currently a Director and Portfolio Manager for Rockwood Funds III, IV, VI and VIII, will also become a Managing Director.
- Suzanne Woody, currently a Vice President and member of the portfolio and asset management team in the White Plains office, will become a Director.
Mr. Skillings, 35, first joined Rockwood in 2000, as an Assistant Vice President responsible for the asset management and disposition of office, retail, light industrial and land assets on the West Coast. He then worked for a boutique real estate development company where he focused on the acquisition of retail and mixed-use properties in Southern California before rejoining Rockwood in 2006 to help open the firm’s Los Angeles office and focus on West Coast acquisitions and asset management. Earlier, Mr. Skillings worked with EY Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group in the Real Estate Financial Advisory Services and Construction Management Groups. Mr. Skillings received a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and a Masters of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California
