Brian Evans named GEO Group’s CFO

The GEO Group, based in Boca Raton, has announced that its chief financial officer, John G. O’Rourke, will retire effective Aug. 2 after 18 years of service with GEO. Succeeding O’Rourke will be Brian R. Evans, currently GEO’s vice president, finance and treasurer. Evans, 41, joined GEO in 2000. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
