Ethics lecture series begins monday at ND

The University of Notre Dame’s annual Ethics Week lecture series, presented by the Mendoza College of Business, will begin Monday.
The lecture series begins with a talk by assistant professor of accountancy Paquita Friday titled “Ethics and Earnings Management.”
On Tuesday, King Communications training consultant Genelle King will speak in a lecture titled “Striking a Balance: Designing a Life of Significance.”
A panel presentation Wednesday, titled “Ethics and the Media,” includes Tribune Managing Editor Tim Harmon. Thursday’s presentation is titled “Sports and the Media: An Examination of the Ethical Elements.”
All Ethics Week events will be held at 12:30 p.m. in the Giovanni Commons, which is located in the basement of the Mendoza College of Business. They are free and open to the public.
