Idaho Bancorp announces new president & CEO

Idaho Bancorp has named James C. Latta as its new President and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Latta has over 30 years of banking experience, of which the last five years were as CEO of First Bank of Idaho, a community bank headquartered in Ketchum, Idaho, with branches in the Wood River Valley, Victor and Driggs, as well as Jackson Hole, Wyoming. He is a past director of the Idaho Bankers Association and the Idaho Community Bankers Association. Jim graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor of science in business administration, and he earned his masters degree at Arizona State University.

“The Board is extremely pleased to welcome Jim and we have complete confidence in his ability to lead Idaho Bancorp in the exciting years ahead,” said Tom Morgan, Chairman of the Board. “He brings the expertise and broad-based community banking knowledge necessary to continue the Bank’s bright and successful future. Jim is very community oriented and has been actively involved in the Sun Valley Chamber of Commerce, serving as President for two years and board member for five years. Jim and his family will be relocating to the Boise area from the Wood River Valley.”
