Kellie Friery joins Dix & Eaton’s investor relations practice

CLEVELAND – Dix & Eaton Incorporated announced today that Kellie Friery has joined its investor relations practice as an account executive.  In this role, Friery develops and executes communication messages, strategies and programs to support corporate executives in effectively positioning their companies with investors, security analysts and business media. 

Before joining Dix & Eaton, Friery was a senior auditor with Ernst & Young, LLP in Cleveland, where she assisted in financial statement audits and provided regulatory guidance to Fortune 500 companies in the financial services industry.

A certified public accountant, Friery graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accountancy.  While at Notre Dame, she co-authored a case study, “Arthur Andersen, LLP: An Accounting Firm in Crisis,” which is currently part of the curriculum at several universities.  Friery is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and the Notre Dame Young Alumni of Cleveland.
