Mark FitzPatrick Named Senior Vice President, Finance

Time Warner Cable today announced that Mark FitzPatrick has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Finance. In this new role, FitzPatrick will assume responsibility for overseeing our capital planning and forecasting for the Company as well as providing finance support to additional departments including the Advanced Technology Group, the Technology Services Group, Strategy and New Business Development, including Wireless. In addition, he will continue to be responsible for financial planning and analysis for the Company, and provide finance support to the Company’s Investor Relations, Marketing, Customer Care and Programming teams. He will also work extensively with the Regional CFOs and Media Sales. FitzPatrick will continue to report to the Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to joining Time Warner Cable in 2006, FitzPatrick served as Vice President of Corporate Development at AOL, Inc., where he was responsible for coordinating the company’s worldwide mergers and acquisitions activity. Before joining AOL, he was a Vice President in Citigroup’s Investment Banking Division.

FitzPatrick graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame and received a joint J.D. / M.B.A. with honors from Georgetown. He currently resides in Darien, CT with his wife and their three children
