Spring is slowly arriving in South Bend, which means that
the Alumni Association’s annual Reunion Weekend is coming up soon! Reunion 2013
will take place Thursday May 30, through Sunday, June 2. The event offers
activities that will appeal to Domers from any background and age group. There
are thought-provoking educational seminars, Notre Dame-focused discussions and
fun evening activities planned. Alumni can choose to stay on-campus in a
residence hall or off-campus. If you have children, there is childcare
available as well!

One event that may be of particular interest to MBA alumni
is the seminar on Sustainability in the
Wine Making Industry
, which will feature MBA Class of 1988 alum, John
Bargetto. John will discuss the concept and practice of sustainable
winegrowing. He will elaborate on the commitment to sustainability that
Bargetto Winery has made starting with its vineyard in the Santa Cruz
Mountains, continuing at the winery, and ending with Bargetto’s production and
sales. The event will also include a wine tasting, featuring a selection of
Bargetto Wine.

The College of Business also will be hosting an Open House
on Friday, May 31, from 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. This event will take place in the
brand new Stayer Center! This will be a great opportunity to see the newest
building on campus and to learn more about some of the exciting classes and
projects that are currently going on at the College.

To register for Reunion 2013, visit http://reunion.nd.edu.  Alums can choose to register for the entire
weekend, for one day, or even for just one evening.
