Pat McNamara appointed President of Glazer’s Texas

Glazer’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Mike Maxwell announced today that Pat McNamara has been appointed President of Glazer’s Texas operations, effective immediately.

“Since joining Glazer’s two years ago, Pat McNamara has excelled in every challenge given him,
and we believe that he is highly qualified to lead our Texas business,” said Mike Maxwell. “Pat
will be charged with successfully implementing and executing our Texas strategy, which is to
energize and expand our leadership position in the market, and to be recognized as the best
distribution company in the state for brand-building and service-minded customer focus.”

“This is a great day for Glazer’s employees, customers and suppliers in Texas,” said Glazer’s
President Jerry Cargill. “We are confident that Pat will be a great leader for our company in the
state.”

Pat McNamara joined Glazer’s in March 2005 as El Paso Branch Manager. He has been a beverage business industry leader for more than 25 years. Prior to joining Glazer’s, he was the
Transition Manager for Coors and Miller Brewing Co for two years. During that time, he worked
with numerous beer distributors across the country, building sales and operational teams, sharing best practices and improving efficiencies and processes. Pat’s other experiences consist of 20 years management leadership in the soft drink industry. While with Coca-Cola, he held Branch Manager positions in Clovis, NM; Midland/Odessa, TX; Lubbock, TX; and spent 10 years in Charlotte, NC managing multiple branches. McNamara earned a Bachelors of Business
Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame.
