Joe Dimberio and Pat Lanigan to Serve as Senior Partners in Leading Chicago-Based Private Equity Firm Specializing in Middle Market Buyout Fund Investments and Equity Co-Investments
CHICAGO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Twin Bridge Capital Partners, a leading private equity firm specializing in middle market buyout fund investments and equity co-investments, today announced the addition of two senior partners, Joe Dimberio and Pat Lanigan. Mr. Dimberio and Mr. Lanigan were former colleagues of Twin Bridge co-founders, Debbie Ackerman and Brian Gallagher, and bring over 30 years of combined experience with particular emphasis on equity co-investing.

Most recently both Joe and Pat focused on equity co-investments as Senior Partners with PPM America Capital Partners. Mr. Dimberio brings a long track record in both private equity and leveraged lending investing, which includes previous roles with Heller Financial and Citigroup. Mr. Dimberio received his MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Notre Dame, where he also received a BBA in Finance.
Mr. Lanigan brings a track record of private equity investing as well as operations management. In addition to his experience in private equity, Mr. Lanigan served in various management and operations roles with Owens Corning, General Binding Corporation, and Amoco Oil. He earned his MBA with a concentration in Economics from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
