Wolters Kluwer Financial Services announced today two new appointments to its Securities Compliance Solutions leadership team. Anna Monteiro has been promoted to senior director of Regulatory Products and Editorial Operations and Randy Schwingen has been promoted to director of Corporate Actions Products and Editorial Operations.

As director of Corporate Actions Products and Editorial Operations, Schwingen oversees Wolters Kluwer Financial Services’ Capital Changes products, which provides daily coverage of corporate action events along with 100 years of historical archive data to financial services, accounting and law firms. His group includes the Capital Changes’ team of tax and legal editors who summarize the terms and tax consequences of U.S. and international corporate actions.

Schwingen was formerly senior product manager for Corporate Actions Solutions at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services. He previously worked for RIA Group, a part of Thomson (now Thomson Reuters), where he was in product management and marketing for their tax research products. Prior to that role, he was in product management at Dun & Bradstreet. Randy earned his M.B.A. from New York University and his B.B.A from the University of Notre Dame.

Anna and Randy understand what firms need to stay current in an industry that is constantly facing regulatory change,” said Mark Coronna, executive vice president of Securities and Insurance at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services. “They have both played integral roles in the growth and success of our Securities Compliance Solutions business, and their experience will be extremely valuable as we continue to enhance our compliance offerings and meet the changing needs of the global financial services market.”
