His group includes the Capital Changes’ team of tax and legal editors who summarize the terms and tax consequences of U.S. and international corporate actions.
Schwingen was formerly senior product manager for Corporate Actions Solutions at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services. He previously worked for RIA Group, a part of Thomson (now Thomson Reuters), where he was in product management and marketing for their tax research products. Prior to that role, he was in product management at Dun & Bradstreet. Randy earned his M.B.A. from New York University and his B.B.A from the University of Notre Dame.
